Watervrije tallow dagcrème van grasgevoerde rundertalg met squalaan, druivenpitolie, vitamine E en tea tree olie. Geen geur van rundervet – alleen een lichte, fris-kruidige toon van tea tree olie. Trekt snel in, beschermt de huidbarrière de hele dag tegen kou, wind en droge verwarmingslucht en laat de huid zacht, in balans en comfortabel aanvoelen.

What is tallow?
Tallow is rendered beef fat. Our balms are based on beef tallow (INCI: Adeps Bovis) from pasture-raised cattle. Its lipids are similar to the skin's own fats, so it spreads well and nourishes the skin richly.
Does tallow balm smell like beef fat?
No. Our balms do not smell of tallow or fat. The Day Balm has a light, fresh-herbal scent of tea tree oil, the Night Balm a soft scent of lavender – both from essential oils only, with no added fragrance.
Is tallow balm suitable for sensitive skin?
Our balms are free from water, parabens, silicones and added fragrance and were tested by Dermatest® on 30 subjects with sensitive skin – rated "Excellent". If you react to essential oils, please do a patch test first.
Does tallow feel greasy on the skin?
Tallow balm is richer than a classic cream because it contains no water. Warm a pea-sized amount between your fingertips, massage it in and give it a moment – it spreads thinly and leaves skin feeling soft.
What is the difference between the Day and Night Balm?
The Day Balm with squalane is lighter and protects the skin barrier during the day against cold, wind and dry heating air. The Night Balm with argan oil and vitamin A (retinyl palmitate) is richer and nourishes intensively overnight. The Day & Night Set gives you both at a lower price.
Why is the balm water-free?
Without water the formula needs no emulsifiers or preservatives – every jar consists entirely of nourishing fats and oils. That is why a small amount is enough.
